First American Realty Inc. acquired building No. 5 and 12 at the Attleboro Corporate Campus in Attleboro, MA, from Preferred Unlimited Inc. for $5.27 million, or approximately $24 per square foot.

The industrial buildings at 533 and 537 Pleasant St. were built in 1966 and 1963 and total 219,194 square feet. Building No. 12 at 533 Pleasant has four loading docks and a max clear height of 13 feet. Building No. 5 is the smaller of the two buildings and is 5,650 square feet.

David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. represented the buyer. The seller's broker was not disclosed.
