Sagamore Bridge Closed by Accident |
I you were planning to head to the Cape a little early, say around 2:30, to beat the Cape traffic, well you didn't. A three car crash closed the Sagamore Bridge for over an hour. Traffic was backed up miles in both directions. It is not know if anyone was hurt, but one car was hanging over the guard rail with it's driver stuck inside.
If you were on this website around 2:30 you most likely saw everything unfold on the Cape Cod webcam. If you follow us on Twitter, you also received updates. UPDATE: 11:49PM Photos added |

North Attleboro Registry to Close |
I am only 53 years old and I have heard the the North Attleboro Registry is going to close 3 times now, and it never has. Because this area has pro-republican leanings, the Democrats feel they can piss us off and they have not lost anything. Better North Attleboro the Brockton or Taunton.
Poirier, R-North Attleboro, said a letter was sent out today to the North Attleboro branch's landlord indicating that the branch, located on Kelley Boulevard, will close. She did not know when the closure would take place, however. "It's absolutely insane," Poirier said of the move. "They are closing the registry in a place like North Attleboro where there is no public transportation to Brockton or Taunton, which are the closest places with registry branches." We all know it is insane, insanity is the new reality. |
